"Overall we had a great time, the location was great and the proximity of the house was perfect.. but there were a few things that stood out about the house that were a little disappointing. It seems maybe the house is not finished yet, there are no rugs which creates a lot of sound when trying to sleep upstairs or down. There were many cobwebs and small bugs (but I guess to be expected at a lake house?), the worst part was the shuffleboard table downstairs…it created so much sand everywhere and it was impossible to clean up completely. The pool was so hot because lack of shade so unfortunately we couldn’t use it, and did not want to pay the 250 fee to have it cooled. These were just minor things that I think could be avoided by the hosting company, but overall we had a great time and enjoyed the lake and the area of Mooresville! "

"This was a great place to stay. 5 minutes from majors stores but yet still really quite and cozy. Fishing was good of the dock and swimming was awesome. The lake was that busy so it was easy to do boating things."
"Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!"
