The staff was friendly and help us purchase the El Camino pilgrim passports to collect our stamps. "This was a very stylish, spacious and comfortable room. Everything was very clean and there were great room amenities - from a nice sitting area, coffee/tea, and lotion to a super comfortable big bed. Location was great - short walk to the walled city, bus station, grocery, etc. Town fair was going on at the time, so grocery wasn't open all the days unfortunately, but was great location to enjoy the fair and peek out from window for sunsets. The gym was also very appreciated. Hotel lobby also very lovely."

"My stay at Hotel Triacastela was a beautiful experience, from arrival and meeting wonderful Jessica in reception, through departure the next morning after a tasty and filling breakfast thanks to Angel in the dining room. The hotel itself is located in a peaceful, scenic part of Triacastela, conveniently close to the continuing Camino trail in both directions, as well as only a brief walk to nearby restaurants and sites in this charming village. My room was immaculately clean, filled with character, and very comfortable, with a mountain view and every needed amenity. I felt very welcomed and pampered by the friendly and very helpful staff, and would love to return again. I highly recommend Hotel Triacastela for any weary pilgrim, or any guest passing through this lovely village."
