"Unfortunately it was overpriced due to being under construction and no elevator. We were on the third floor. I don’t mind stairs except I had lots of luggage making it a tedious trek. The lobby bathroom was out of order as well. The pool area was very nice. "

"Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our room had a roll away bed as requested. Pool was nice, could have used a cleaning but it wasn’t the end of the world. The plastic chairs by the pool need some attention everyone in our group had small pieces of fiberglass in them after sitting in the chairs. My only big complaint would be the house keeping staff, we stayed in our room 3 nights and they never once came in to take out the trash...

"We had a distinct mildew smell that took several hours to fade, despite the apparent cleanliness of the room. We almost asked for a new room, but decided it wasn't worth it. The bathroom sink wasn't draining well either, and for some reason, we started off with one fly buzzing around in the restroom, and then another joined it to annoy us while we we were in the restroom. The TV worked fine, and the shower was nice and hot. "

"Cheap and basic accommodation- walls are thin so a little noisy - but room was very clean with daily cleaning service - I’ve stayed in very expensive hotels without that - so that was a nice bonus! My room was upgraded to a jacuzzi king - and that was a nice extra :) - working on a big movie install so it felt good at the end of the day. Breakfast was basic - but the breakfast bars were good! Excellent value with clean and comfy beds - I would stay here again "

"We were evacuating from a hurricane and looking for a space to get away safely for a couple of days until we could return home. We wound up at the Best Western and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our room was spacious (we had a room with 3 beds for our large family!) and the beds were comfortable. The AC was ice cold and everyone slept great. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but it looked refreshing. We weren’t too far away from groceries or restaurants yet...
