"The front desk staff, excellent. Rooms were clean. My rating was low because you can get a much bigger, better hotel for less and be on the beach. We booked our room on a short layover very last minute. We were able to check in early which was great. They let us lounge at the pool until check in time which was also very nice. But again, for the price, stay somewhere with beach access! Also, WiFi is terribly slow and you can only have two devices connected."

My first visit in mid-August, I had dinner in the restaurant and the mahi mahi was tough and uneatable. "The freshly refurbished Sheraton Villas are beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered—from the cushions on the lounge to the soft linen sheers and practical blockout curtains. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, complemented by indulgently soft pillows and quality linen that make it very easy to settle in and relax. The bathrooms are immaculate and contemporary, featuring modern stone finishes and crisp architectural lines. Textured tiles add warmth and character, while the dedicated vanity and makeup seat are particularly thoughtful touches. The adjustable television with Chromecast functionality makes it easy to enjoy your own entertainment. The pool is beautifully maintained and provides a relaxing setting throughout the day, while Island 619 consistently delivers with its extensive breakfast selection, quality food and attentive service. Families should make time to explore the kids’ club, while adults looking for a little more excitement should definitely try the jet skis.
