After a quick trip to Sorsogon we booked with Uma for the continuation of our Bicol visit. The front desk look and behaved professionally, the dining staff was very attentive and the housekeeping was very thorough. Overall the stay was very pleasant.. it was a nice surprise when they gave us treats in the room. Definitely our home away from home and our only choice here in Naga.

It was a clean hotel and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good, if the food was actually hot. The food was either cold or slightly warm and that’s it. The gym was a joke. If you are a workout type person, don’t even waste your time here. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Also they had a winter time comforter on the bed and that’s it, nothing lighter and no single sheet on the bed. Either you sleep with the comforter and sweat your butt off or sleep with nothing. The A/C hard a difficult time keeping the room cool during the day, but was fine when the sun went down.

I'm always choosing to stay at Uma even if it's a little more expensive. It's because I always feel taken cared of. My slightest concerns are taken seriously and resolved right away. It feels like a bit of home for me. The staff are the best asset of the hotel, they make me feel safe and pampered.

The room is very clean and elegant. breakfast meal is very good, lots of choices. I had a very good sleep, the pillows are very soft and temp of AC is just right. The staff are very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend UMA hotel.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and nicely arranged, though the washroom was not as clean or well maintained compared to my visit a year ago. I really loved that they offer free cake every day, and I was especially grateful that a nurse was sent to check on me when I asked for medicine for my headache.

I love the Pinoy food prepared for Breakfast 😍.Just needed to repair some of the broken things inside the Hotel .I was amazed the most by the Telephone inside the Comfort Room can be use for Emergency and the Flashlight inside the cabinet 😍. The Hotel is recommendable .

Property is located in the central district where everything is walkable. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, amenities are available when needed. Overall experience was great, will definitely stay again when in town. Highly recommended.
