It was excellent. The staff were very attentive and very kind. They took really good care of us at all times. Providing us with much tea, snacks and always ready to help. Would recommend.

The hotel is up on a hill. Unless you have a car you have to depend on a taxi or a shuttle bus to Nagasaki station. Little inconvenient for those who doesn’t have a car.

료칸 덕분에 나가사키에서 좋은 추억 만들었어요

나가사키역에서 좀 떨어져 있고 언덕 위에 있지만 그렇기 때문에 조용하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 조식, 방에서 보이는 전망, 욕장 모두 훌륭했습니다. 재방문 하고 싶은 곳입니다.

大型車での駐車希望にもかかわらず、嫌な態度一つなく受け入れてくださいました。 当日の料理の変更も料理長に掛け合っていただきました。料理長が自ら山で収穫してきた筍ご飯の筍も絶品でした。そのことを仲居さんが話してたことも良好な従業員関係を知ることができ好印象でした。

夜景が素晴らしいです。 2歳と0歳連れでしたが、部屋にお風呂がついていて、ひのきの香りで子どもたちとゆっくり入れました。 また、ベビーベッドやおむつ用ゴミ箱を用意いただけて、大変助かりました。 ベビーバスも貸し出してくれるそうです。 みなさんこどもにも優しく、接客も素晴らしかったです。 姉妹館に連絡通路で繋がっていますが、階段がかなりきついです。 （姉妹館に売店、夜景が見える露天風呂と、サウナありました※水風呂はぬるめ） 館内はエレベーターがないため、階段昇降が大変です。 しかし、朝ごはんも美味しくてトータルで大満足でした。 次泊まる時は夕食もいただきたいと思います。

너무 친절하세요. 찾아가는길이 높은 지역에 위치해서 밤에 처음 찾아갈때는 좀 많이 당황했어요. 리셉션과 스태프 다 너무 친절하고 좋으세요. 단지 3층건물에 엘리베이터는 없습니다. 처음에 무거운 트렁크는 다 올려주셨지만 많이 미안했어요. 대욕장은 이용하기편하고 건물내위치한 욕장은 규모가 작지만 물이 좋아서 하루 2번 이용했습니다

これが日本の旅館だ！

ザ 旅館って感じでした。古い感じはしますが、綺麗な旅館です。外国人観光客を意識したおもてなしをされているようで、日本の和を楽しめる旅館だと思います。 ウェルカムドリンクでお抹茶を頂けました。お菓子と美味しく頂きました。 ただお持ち頂いて、仲居さんの説明が長く、お抹茶が冷めてしまったのが残念でした。 接客もとても良く気持ちよく過ごせました。

スタッフの皆さんが非常に感じが良く、気持ちよく滞在できました。少し不満だったのが、夕食が会席料理の部屋食でしたが、次は暖かいものをお持ちしますと運ばれたのが、メインのステーキ、焼魚、蒸物等4品だったかが一度にまとめてで、すぐに冷めてしまうという状況でした。これがコロナ対策上なのか、通常通りなのか分かりませんが、どれも美味しいだけに少しもったないと感じたところです。

おすすめです!

ホテル前が急な坂を上らないといけないのでびっくりしましたがホテルはなかなか落ち着いた雰囲気で、部屋も広く良かったです。お部屋で食事を頂いたのですが担当された仲居さんがとても親切で有り難かったです。夕食朝食ともに美味しかったです。

夜景が素晴らしい

風情のある室内、清潔で趣があります。お風呂は大きくありませんが館内通路で梅松鶴の大浴場、露天風呂を利用できます。食事は美味しいし地元色も出てるのですが、60代女性ながら大食漢を自認するものでさえ、多すぎます。少し量を減らして質重視を選択できるようにして欲しいです。エレベーターが無いので階段で3階までも少ししんどいですね。忘れ物を次の目的地まで届けてくださってとても感謝です。
