Modern hotel in Kitahama right off exit 3 of the Sakaisuji Line which has links all over Osaka, to Kyoto and Shin Osaka, and only a 45 minute train ride from Kansai International.
The hotel is really well kept and clean, all the amenities you need to make a comfortable stay.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The bar has a good selection of drinks and you receive a token for a free drink on arrival.
There is plenty of food and drink places in the local area in particular Bar Nord directly opposite the hotel.

"the room is my most important feature and it was not good. the mattress was uneven and sloped to the side where a large person would normally sit at. there were no lamps in the room, no reading lights, just one big ceiling light with no instructions on how to use its features.
