"hotel is only 4 years old, it's very nice. only a few hundred feet from beach. It has a kitchenette. I would recommend to anyone staying there. Owner very helpful. Reasonable rate."

- The double bed is on the upper floor and the stairs are very narrow; very steep; the steps are very narrow; The side stair railing is shaking. Since the bed is completely white on both sides, the head hits the low wall protrusions that cannot be noticed when getting out of bed
- The sofa bed on the lower floor for the third person is very short and has uncomfortable upholstery.
