"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

"Excellent boutique hotel. It was beautiful inside and very intimate. The little cafe was cozy and had snacks all day long plus coffee and tea. There is a private onsen and little garden. I sadly missed the breakfast that they offered to us as i was so tired and comfy in the bed i had trouble getting up. The room was beautiful with great amenities and drinks for you. "Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls."

"Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around. The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee. The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what."
