Clean and Spacious

I stayed with my husband and two adult children. It was quite a roomy place considering Nagoya is a big city. We stayed on the top floor, so the view was great. The rooms were clean and everything seemed new except the loveseat (lol.) The amenity such as laundry was so helpful. I would stay there again if I visit Nagoya.

There are two hotels of same name 15 mins apart - it would be helpful to warn people of this - to check the address carefully. It is frustrating when you have walked 15-20 mins with luggage to wrong hotel.

I have book a non-smoking room Once I go into the room, i can smell the smoke from cigarette. I return to lobby and tell the staff, she just reply me the hotel is full today. After I tell her to refund, she change another room to me.
