Very comfortable and good room size. Great locations and close proximity to Nagano Station and the local fish market. Plenty of superb food options! We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Excellent city centre hotel

We had a very peaceful stay here. The hotel is really well located, close to the station and with loads of great restaurants nearby. The staff were really attentive and made our stay very comfortable.

Amazing customer service. We arrived early to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our luggages with them until our check in. When we came there, they informed us that our bags/luggage’s are in our room! The room was spotless, and the staff were all helpful! Definitely recommend for all travellers!

We enjoyed our stay at JAL hotel. We only have one complaint, as a family of 4 the bed size in the twin room was not sufficient and we would have struggled if it wasn’t for the staff being so accommodating and arranging another bed for the room. Thank you to the JAL hotel staff.

Spacious and clean room, great location

The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff were kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small drawback was the parking situation, which could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

I was staying for 3 nights in a Comfort Twin Room. Hotel location is good, it only took 10 minutes walk to the nearest Fushimi Station. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the work desk, there is no leg room under the table. It's not good for a business trip.

Nice property, comfy beds, larger sized rooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The property is unfortunately quite a walk away from the nearest subway station, difficult to pull luggage for such a distance. Not a whole lot in the area either.

This hotel is really nice and clean. Definitely one of the more spacious hotel rooms we have stayed at in Japan. There is not much around - a lot was closed while we were there so that does impact my rating. It’s a nice walk to Nagoya station.

Oda-san at the front desk was super helpful getting our luggage shipped out. Location is not super convenient for transit. It's quite a walk to the train station. It is convenient for food and the supermarket is half a block away. No laundry facilities on site was a big surprise. Only hotel on our two week trip that didn't have some kind of laundry option. Rooms are on the small side.

Generally a really comfortable and nice stay Cleanliness was very high, amenities were good and plentiful, and the breakfast buffet (including waiter/waitress service) was excellent. Only downside being a lot of noise could be heard from neighbouring/rooms above, which was a shame - and pillow selection could have been better.

We stayed here several times and have loved it! Just this time around, we wanted our room cleaned and have put our light on to have it cleaned, and coming back to a not clean room was quite frustrating. But the next day we made sure to tell the lobby and they were able to accommodate. It is a family friendly hotel overall. We love the breakfast downstairs!
