Can't complain about this hotel. Right in the center of business and shopping district, walking by 10 minutes to two subways. By taxi, 5 minutes to main train station. Will stay again.

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Location was about 10 minutes walk from the train station. However, the 3-bed room was extremely small. We couldn't even open 1 medium sized luggage fully anywhere. To make things worse, we had 2 medium sized luggages! The 3 of us had to squeeze past each other with every step. We also had to rearrange all the hotel amenities so that we had space to place our necessary belongings. Extremely small and almost unliveable room for a family of 2 adults and 1 9-year old. The only saving grace was that the room rate was affordable.

The washroom was very dirty, there was a gap all along the wall and the bathtub, that’s full of mold/ mildew, when sprayed with water, pieces of dark brown stuff came out!!!! Disgusting! The carpet was rundown and felt damp. The laundry was extremely small, just 3 tiny washers and driers, always long line up, not to mention loud guests kept yelling loud. And on the 3rd of our stay, 2 machine were out of order. For staff, it wasn’t what I expected from Japan ( non of the hotels I stayed were like this), seemed like they avoid greeting guests, no “good morning”, “good nite” or “thank you for coming”, even though it was not busy. It was a great location, may be that’s why they don’t need to care about other stuff!? Very disappointing.

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and attractions. It's also close to public transport if you need to travel further afield. The rooms are a little tight with not a lot of space for luggage. I was stsying there with my family of 3 people.

Our room was clean while on the smaller side. Good location to Nagoya station and walkable to other restaurants. We had an issue with our rental car on a remote road and the hotel staff (Inna) was so helpful when we needed assistance.

Great property and stay at Keihan Nagoya. Room was very clean and surprisingly more spacious than expected. Convenient location, yet not too near crowded areas. 5 mins walk to the train station as well.
