"The pillow and the room smelled like a dog was there. I could find other people's hair. They use a very cheap-smelling aroma spray that gave me a headache. I had to contain my breath while being on the elevator and in the main reception hall because the smell was too bad. Those kinds of cheap aroma sprays are quite toxic. "
