Conveniently located walking distance from the airport but far from town (8 km). Property is generally old and not updated with stained and damaged tables and chairs in the rooms. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are typical of such hotels with a decent variety and moderate quality. Expensive owing to location, but otherwise not good value for money.

The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating.

The hotel does not has any signage or board with d name visible at night. The hotel cannot be noticed for a first timer. It is expected that multiple glowsign boards with name of d hotel should be visible 24 hours.

We chose the Pride Hotel as it was the nearest from the Nagpur Airport. We were pleasantly surprised with many factors at this hotel like the following 1. Welcome we received 2. Friendly staff 3. Good Old Hotel .

Hi Pride is a good brand for reliability and safety staff is profession room size is very comfortable rooms are well done up for the old era which is over . The Hotel must have not renovated any amenities for at least 15 years look like.Brefkast at the hotel is very good room service food is over expensive and very bad quality. Nagpur is a small town with not many options considering that it's not a bad place for this hotel to make guest feel happy needs a upgrade and renovation badly in room no 309 charging point switch boards are falling part . beware of shocks

Hotel needs Serious Updates. It is very dated and looks Aged. It can regain its past glory if the hotel gets Modernised and up-to-date. The staff are very courteous but it can only add up to that much. Everything else is experiential and due to the aged look everywhere the experience also tends to sedate. Please make the hotel exciting. You could probably add a nice and modern Cocktail Lounge on the terrace. Ideas are unlimited if only the hotel is willing to change. I hope it changes for the better.
