A private beach walkway with a dune top deck leads you directly to the beach and ocean's edge. The great room provides plenty of space to gather to watch TV and to dine together after your favorite meals have been prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The rec room makes evening or rainy day entertainment fun with a pool table and TV. The den and covered deck located on the top-level is a great spot to read your favorite books while enjoying the oceanfront views. The elevator provides ease of access to all levels. Three private bedroom en suites and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath let you retire in the evening for a restful sleep so you will be ready for more adventures on the Outer Banks.

Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

It was the perfect balance of quiet and convenient! There's a great restaurant (Blue Moon Cafe) literally a stone's throw away; handy grocery stores and seafood purveyors; and even a surf shop across the street!
My #1 goal when searching for a house for the family to share this fall was to have a place where my mother, who has difficulty with stairs, could see the ocean up close. I chose poorly last year and the view was a sliver and beach access was an impossible 3 flights up and 3 flights down. This was absolutely perfect. An elevator and a flat walkway with plenty of seating made this week a relaxing delight. After a quick trip to the very convenient grocery store, I only left the house twice more: to go to the seafood store only a mile away and to walk 3 minutes to eat at the Blue Moon Cafe! Wonderful experience.
