July 2017 Stay
This was our 14th year staying at SS06. I guess we like it. The home is very convenient for our family needs. However upon arriving this year we found several things that caused disappointment. First, the house was not ready to move in at 4 o'clock. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes because the cleaners were still there. After leaving, we still found food in the kitchen and the beds were not made and the towels were in a bag and not placed in the bathrooms.
Note to others, the beach is more and more difficult to access from this house. We have made this comment before. In the past there used to be 14 steps down to the beach but they are now covered sadly by the dune. If they want to continue to have beach access they really need to extend the access up and over the dunes so the beach access is much easier than it is now.
Other suggestions they should consider is updating the blankets, comforters, and the king mattresses. 14 years is long enough and this type of upgrade is crucial to making the stay mu
