YadaYadaYada was a wonderful home to stay in. Sidney was a great host!It was lovely, well stocked, a great location with a pool and pinball machines our entire family enjoyed.The location was easy access to the beach, especially with children. We would love to stay there in the future. Five stars!

Family vacation

This is a great rental! We brought our children, grandchildren and dogs. It was exactly as advertised. The location and neighborhood were very family friendly. The beach access was nice and clean. The hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Our family group of nine really enjoyed the house and vacation.Easy access to the beach with the public access along with an active lifeguard station was great.Close access to activities and restaurants was good.Overall a very pleasant experience was had.

Amazing!

What a great place! Even better than expected and exceeded all our expectations! Close to the beach and stores. Beds were very comfortable, hot tub was fantastic after a day of exploring, can’t say enough! Want to return for sure!

Best of the Best

I've stayed all over the OBX and this is one of my favorite cottages. Every guest we had said it was one of their favorites too. The dog run in the back is definitely few and far between in the OBX. The rooms are all nice. The Pin Ball is a favorite of ours. There were so many extras too, from books to games and DVD's. Definitely coming back!

A fabulous micro adventure

My young adult daughters and I had very little availability or notice. Sydney was so warm an accommodating. Our entire trip had hiccups between weather and schedules but stepping in the house we got the escape we hoped for. We soaked in the hot tub and giggled A Lot!!! A great experience 🎉

Yada Yada Yada

The property was as described and the host communicated effectively. The location in Nags Head was just a block from the beach, a nice park and the local YMCA, so it's hard to beat. You can walk to all of those places. I'd certainly consider this property if we return to Nags Head. Very comfortable for those needing 4 bedrooms. Master is on the top floor by itself, with all of the others on the second floor.

Thanksgiving sibling reunion

This property worked well for our family. We rented two houses for the five of us and various other family members and dogs. This was a very pleasant, comfortable house with quick access to the beach and terrific accommodations for our dogs. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The house has an ambitious safari theme, which includes animals and fabrics from Africa, Asia, and--if I'm right about one of the big cats--South America. Quirky but interesting.

Another Great Stay

This was our second winter holiday stay at Yada Yada Yada. We enjoyed it all over again. Roomy, clean, comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. Positive and detailed communication with the property owner. Looks just like the pictures. An easy walk to the beach, a quick drive to stores, and Jockey's Ridge is very close as well. A great little park around the corner where we taught one of the kids to ride a bike. The bikes, pinball machines, games, and hot tub are all a plus and were greatly enjoyed. Good beds. Also great to be able to bring the dogs. We hope to return for a third trip! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Beach Week!

We had the best time at Yada, Yada, Yada! The house was clean, as it appeared in pictures and has a lot of really nice and welcoming touches. We traveled as a family of six with our dog (two grandparents, two parents, two elementary school aged kids) and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms and space, and the location was fantastic. We could walk to the beach access, which included a handicap access, bathrooms, and a rinse station, walk to mini golf and to a playground that also was home to a weekly farmer’s market and community events. The pool was the perfect way to cool down after a fun morning on the beach. The grassy, fenced in yard behind the pool was great for our dog. Sidney, the owner, was kind, helpful and prompt in responses when we began the booking process and while we were there. We loved this house for our family vacation, would recommend it and hope to visit again!

Great Property

Really enjoyed staying here for a two week rental in late May and early June. Property owner was great with communication. Property is accurately described in the listing. Clean, well maintained, great location. Kitchen well equipped and laid out well. Pool area was our favorite part of the stay. We will rent this property again!

Title and property nickname goes hand in hand with all I could say about this property! 1 - owners are very respondent in messages both ways by giving us a heads up on property ad us asking questions2 - the location to a great beach access is amazing and within an easy walking distance.3 - has a cargo/luggage lift! Youvwill appreciate this feature.4 - tall non see thru back yard for your dogs! Large enough to run around, yet small enough to manage cleanup. 5 - great stocked kitchen cookwear and utensils, and essentials6 - relaxing hot tub and pool7 - location is also convenient to grocery stores and other fun shopping adventures, as well many great eateries!I could honestly continue, but you'd not regret booking this property!

Great location and spacious home

Everything was great and a perfect location. The only small obstacle we encountered was no home elevator (Vrbo listing indicated an elevator but it was actually a luggage lift only) and we had an elderly family member who struggled a bit with the stairs (mainly due to health issues). Otherwise, everything was great!

Location was wonderful. Very short walk to beach access. Location was key with young children.

House was very roomy with 4 children and 5 adults. Many games available and dvds. Having a bathroom accessible from pool area was very convenient. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Kept us informed when to expect services for pool, hot tub, etc.

Lovely area

A great time we had , normally a 4x4 vacationer , but had a change and enjoyed staying in Nagshead. Home was great pool was nice and warm paid to have additional heat . And had fun playing pinball . A very nice kitchen and new furniture in living room was very nice . We enjoyed our stay very much . A must rent

Girls Weekend

Location, Location, Location

Yada Yada Yada provides us with everything we needed for a great beach getaway! The close proximity to the park and beach was a huge plus. Tortuga Lies which is a block away has the best fish tacos in town as well. We had some minor inconveniences like the blender and ice machine not working...but that's life. We hope stay here again in the future!

Location Location Location

This was a great place to stay and very central to so much! We had plenty of room and the place comes equipped with everything. There is a pool with plenty of chairs, hot tub, 4 nice bikes, pinball machines and a foosball table. The yard outback was a bonus, because we had a dog which makes for a great place to let them out. You are within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful park. We will be back!

Awesome House

This house was just as spacious, neat, clean, lovely, & accommodating as it is in pictures. And the fenced in yard for pets was wonderful & much appreciated! Loved having a private pool, too. A/c worked great, even on top floor. All rooms were spacious & cozy. Host was very nice & responsive to questions. You can tell that they want their guests to have a great stay. No negatives whatsoever - we would definitely go back!

Perfect OBX beach location

My family, including the dog, stayed a week at the house. We had a wide range of ages. Everything looked like the pictures. The house was clean and well stocked with pans, utensils, storage containers,....The pantry cabinet was great- food storage is always a challenge with a lot of people. The separate yard was great for the dog. The pinball machines were fun (addictive) and enjoyed by almost everyone and the kids enjoyed the video games. The pool was nice and the house is in a great location- a block from the beach, close to shops, coffee, and things to do. We had several rainy days and visited the Aquarium, saw the Lost Colony, and went to the movies. We visit OBX regularly but I have not stayed in the Nags Head area in a while and will definitely be back. Sidney and the care taker were quick to respond about minor issues or questions. The only suggestions I have is maybe some guidance listed for the TV remotes for people like us who do not have a similar setup. We did get it figured out.... Also, the couches are starting to become a bit uncomfortable.
