Pierview Unit 205 - Just One More Splash, OBX Oceanfront Condo

Pierview Oceanfront Condo’s, formerly Bodie Island Resort, Unit 205 is a beachfront condominium at milepost 17 in South Nags Head, NC. This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning ocean views, a full-size kitchen, private balcony, and more! It’s a non-smoking, no-pets unit. Renovated for the 2015/2016 season, it’s perfect for a family getaway with the beach just steps from your door. Both bedrooms have private baths, with the master featuring a Jacuzzi tub. The unit sleeps six, including a sleeper sofa, and you can bring an air mattress for extra guests. The master bedroom has sliding doors to an oversized balcony with ocean views, plus a TV, cable, and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a TV/DVD. Towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels. The living room features cozy décor, a decorative fireplace, large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD, and a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There’s a wet bar with sink and wine cooler, a dining area with a rustic pine table for six, and a well-stocked kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher. A sliding glass door opens to the balcony for relaxing, reading, or watching the sunrise. A washer and dryer are included. Outside, enjoy two pools (one for kids), a playground, charcoal grills, picnic area, basketball half-court, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, plenty of parking, and an elevator. There’s also an outdoor shower for convenience. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and start your mornings on the deck with the sound of the ocean.

Note: The over 30-year-old elevator is out of service and will be replaced this spring. In the meantime, a luggage lift has been installed to assist with moving luggage and other items to the second floor.

The location is amazing! The condo is clean and decorated very well. The plumbing isnt great but the owner responded very quickly to the issue we had. It still needs some attention though.

Family Vacation

This was the second year staying here. The location is great, the condo is in great shape. The balcony view is perfect and the beach access couldn’t be better. My family loves staying here and will plan on coming back again.

Peaceful

A very pleasant little condo. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, as were the balcony chairs. We spent many peaceful mornings out there drinking our coffees and watching the sunrises and dolphins and listening to the waves. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, directly facing the ocean, just a short walk up the beach to Jeannette's Pier.

Fantastic view from balcony. This condo was a great place for our family. It was a wonderfully located. The beach was not that crowded the week we went so we were able to get on the beach without any problems!!!

The weekend vacation we needed

This whole experience has been so needed by me and my wife as she is recovering from a stroke. The condo as well as the amenities were so wonderful plus the community of people in the area were so respectful and helpful. I hope for us to return next year.

Birthday getaway

Great place to stay for a few day getaway. View was spectacular. Weather did not cooperate with us, but having the opportunity to sit on the porch and watch the waves roll in was so worth it. Condo was pleasant and comfortable, had all of the amenities we needed for our short stay. Hope to rent again some day for a longer trip!

This was a short break from grand parenting and we had a great time. It did rain quite a bit but the condo was warm and welcoming and the ocean is beautiful even when it is windy and rainy. Enjoyed the view from the living and bedrooms. Great condo!

The view from the balcony is fantastic. The place is homey and comfortable. A negative would be the bathrooms are showing some age and the lock on the door can be a little difficult. Close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful view!

The cozy condo was extremely well furnished. Everything anyone would need. The location was perfect; a short drive to great restaurants. You couldn’t beat the view. We spent morning drinking our coffee on the large balcony. Hope to come back again!

Another Great Vacation in OBX

My friend & I took a mini-vacation to celebrate our birthday. PierView was great! The condo was clean, well stocked and the ocean view was amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony. We had to reach out to the property owner and he replied quickly. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Almost didn’t leave

We all had a great time! The condo was cozy with beach access and two pools. It’s also located between two fishing piers and there is something to do for the whole family without going far. Outer Banks is worth venturing into though and I recommend staying at PierView if you are coming down here.
