Beach Ts is a bright and breezy 1,868 sq foot home located on the Oceanside of The Village at Nags Head. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. Perfect for a large family or 2-3 smaller families vacationing together. 2 masters and rooms for the kids.

The house is in walking distance less than 2 minutes to the beach! The private beach at Nags Head is exceptionally clean and lifeguards are present during the summer months.

With this home, enjoy the Village Beach Club amenities including a large oceanfront Olympic sized pool, kiddie pool, daily adult and kids activities during the summer months, clubhouse with snack bar, arcade, poolside restrooms and showers, oceanfront parking, life guarded beach accesses and tennis courts! Open May thru end of September.

In addition, 11 miles of jogging/bike paths (bikes not included) await you or stay at home and relax in the hot tub! Visit the sound side of the community to swim, crab, fish at the fishing pier, launch your boat/kayak/canoe or play some golf at the Nags Head Golf Links course (schedule tee times online for an additional fee). There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities nearby. No smoking and no pets.

Perfect Location

Property was fantastic for our family of 6 with 4 teenagers. It would easily sleep more, but we especially loved the location. Close to outlets, grocery store, walking path, beach, and Jockey's Ridge. Don't miss Blue Moon Grill for dinner and Surfin' Spoon for the best ice cream sandwiches! It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great trip with friends

The property was great for us to stay with 2 families. The house was well kept and had plenty of extra beach accessories. It was an easy walk to the beach, even with 5 kids. The host was super responsive and very helpful!

Beyond five stars!

If I could, I would give the property and the host (Betty) more than 5 stars. It is a beautiful and exceptionally clean house. Everything in the house is updated and clean. The kitchen was so well stocked that my friend and I kept commenting that "Betty has everything". We cooked every day and there was not once that we needed something that wasn't in Betty's kitchen. The location of the house is great. It is in the private community, on side of the beach (no roads to cross) and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It is also adjacent to the trail where you can run, bike, rollerblade. We all did this every day. It was so much fun. The teenagers would bike to the nearest ice cream place. Most importantly, Betty was very responsive and engaged. We stayed at many places before but never had a host that was this responsive (within a minute or two). Thank you Betty! We created some beautiful memories. .

Fantastic Stay in OBX

Property location was even better than expected. Many other reviews had complained about proximity to highway, but that was not an issue for us, not noisy at all. House was perfect size for our group of 9. 2 min walks to beach and close to a lot of restaurants, fishing pier, etc. Betty was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house and location

The house is perfect for two or three families. When we arrived, the house was one of the cleanest we have ever experienced with Vrbo or house rentals. The host was incredible and very responsive. Overall, wonderful house and close to the beach!

Great getaway for the family

We had a great time. The house was well stocked and comfortably fit the 6 adults and 3 younger children. Everything was clean. The beach was so easy to get to and the village beach club was a nice additional amenity. Betty was super responsive and we had a seamless check in and check out experience. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Till next time!

Friend Reunion

Highschool reunion - 5 couples. Communication with the owner was great. Location is good but there is a main road right behind the house. We enjoyed the beach club access. The house could use a deep cleaning and a linen update. Layout and location worked out great for us.

Home away from home

The house was very clean and accurate description. I liked the fact that the house already had garbage bags and kitchen towels to use along with tin foil, paper towels & and extra toilet paper. We have stayed at many houses and it’s always nice when you are traveling out of town to not have to buy all that stuff. I would definitely stay here again.

Good: Kitchen well stocked; mattresses were comfortable; location to beach and pool an easy walk; lots of indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, etc. Need Improvement: More lighting—difficult to read in living space (small lamps); some furniture pieces are worn and in need of replacement and/or repair; bedroom with two bunks is too crowded; needs a deep cleaning.

Convenient location and short walk to the beach

The property was in good shape overall and clean when we arrived. There were some indications of needed maintenance, but everything worked as it should and we had a good week. The location was central to anything you would need during the week and a reasonable drive to see the horses or lighthouse in Corolla or to take a fishing charter out of Oregon Inlet.

Wonderful stay in Nags Head

We loved our stay in Betty's home. We were a group of 2 families - 4 adults, 3 children, and the home was perfect for us. Very easy walk to the beach and access to the Village Club was such a perk. We used the pool and tennis courts at the club almost every day, and the service/food/drinks at the pool were excellent and an unexpected surprise! Betty was wonderful and extremely communicative throughout. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fun In The Sun!

We so enjoyed this house with another family for a week in July. There were 10 of us and the house was well appointed, with plenty of room and in a prime location. The house was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. We were in close proximity to the pool and beach but still afforded amble privacy when enjoying time on the decks. Betty was the most exceptional host. Very responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to summer!
