"When we arrived we discovered that the room I had booked online would have been virtually inaccessible for my wife (she has serious mobility issues) -- cheaper rate, but located in a separate building with no elevator and several flights of steep stairs. The Surf Side staff went out of their way to find us an alternative room -- with ocean view! -- in the main building which has an elevator. And did so without charging extra!
