Seascape Escape: Oceanside, 4 lots from the beach, Shared Pool, Pet-friendly

Escape to a beautifully appointed seaside cottage with a short walk to the beach without having to cross Beach Road (NC-12). Seascape Escape includes a luxurious master suite and high-end kitchen. The top level has been completely redesigned as a spacious master retreat with an inviting sitting area. The master bath includes a large walk-in shower with 3-way shower head, double vanity with granite top, and custom ceramic tile throughout. The fully upgraded kitchen includes high-end cabinetry, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and new appliances. The main bath on the first level has updated fixtures and a new granite-topped vanity.

All bedrooms include high-definition LED televisions with built-in Roku that allow you to access your streaming subscription services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, SiriusXM, etc). On the main level, the entertainment system includes a 55” 4K television with built-in Roku for streaming, 4K DVD, and a surround sound system Bluetooth for streaming audio from your smartphone or any Bluetooth enabled device.

Oceanside, four lots back from the beach in Nags Head. Located in The Village at Nags Head. Please no parking on the street or grass. Campers, RVs and trailers are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

This is a great home and location for families because, while not beach front, you don’t have to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. It sits right off of the bike/pedestrian path allowing older kids to walk to several businesses, including the ice cream shop 5mins away. We also walked along the beach each morning to the fabulous Sam &Omies restaurant for breakfast. The balcony allows for both sunrise views and sunset views.

One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Excellent location for us, as we were celebrating a friends birthday who was in an oceanfront home less than half a mile away. Nice layout and well stocked for a rental. We would definitely stay at this home again. Very cute decorations and comfortable bead. We will recommend to our friends. Also, love that the home is pet friendly and that we could bring our two dogs with us.

Nice house, good location, easy walk to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with nice kitchen essentials. Plenty of room and good layout. The colors and decor was pleasant. The only complaint is that I know the sheets are cleaned bc of the linen service but I feel as if the comforters and blankets weren’t due to pet hair and stains. We didn’t use them bc if this. We should have brought our own blankets.

Due to some health issues, our annual trip to Outer Banks was very "last minute". Finding "Man-a-teez" was perfect for our accommodations. This was our first experience with Village Reality, but from booking the house to checking-out, the staff was super nice and eager to please.

We enjoyed our stay at "Man-a-teez," and we are always pleased with whatever home we book through Village Realty. We've been booking with you all since 2004, and we reccomend VR to folks all the time. We love the Outer Banks, and we are hoping to live the salt life some day!
