Clean room. Good staff. However, only 1 elevator so takes time to access and there is no non emergency stairs as an alternative.

SORANO Hotel
The staff are helpful and friendly. I love the room size and closet space. The hotel is conveniently located near the rail station and shops and restaurants.

Kawagoe Tobu Hotel
シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あるボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓 バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。

宿は駅から歩きやすいところにあり、アクセスはとても良いです。宿のご夫婦にもよくしていただきました。窓からの景観は素晴らしすぎます。おいしい朝食もいただけました。
