"For family room , only 02 water bottles were given. No toiletries provided. Washroom was dirty. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Only restaurant service was excellent."

"I think Expedia needs to do a better job at vetting the properties; I booked this for my relatives for a short stay at Nainital and they absolutely hated it. It was a last minute booking so i didn’t realize the address is very generic and no contact number listed. Rooms and bathrooms were smelly and the experience was really poor. Not senior citizen friendly and no parking."

"Breakfast was good The facilities at the hotel were very poor . Not enough hot water with a notice in bathroom saying you have to wait 25 min after filling up one bucket of hot water. We were given miniscule Bottles for soap and shampoo. Nowhere near 4 star. 2 star is the rating for this hotel. Very disappointed"
