The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!

I spent several days at the hotel. Words cannot express how impressed I was. There is a shuttle that runs hourly from the airport to the hotel. For a small fee they also offer private shuttles to the airport should you miss the hourly shuttle . The hotel was very safe and secure. There is security in the front checking vehicles that come in. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The best thing was the staff. :) Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't stay in the rooms at the front of the hotel. There is a logistics yard across the road with trucks/forklifts working 24/7. The beeping is endless!!

The property was a standout. Gorgeous inside, delicious breakfast, extra tight security, super helpful and attentive staff. I'd definitely return as a guest! This area of Nairobi, however, wasn't necessarily an attractive destination. We needed an airport hotel, and this place was wonderful for that. This hotel would again be my first choice when looking for an airport location in nairobi.

Everything was very good. Staff excellent and rooms very clean and comfortable. The only criticism is that I asked for a driver to collect us from the airport but they didn’t appear. We used the shuttle taxi when we eventually got through the airport.

Everything about this property makes for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. I travel several times a year through East Africa and the Crowne Plaza in Nairobi is tops. From the cleanliness, food options, gym, sauna and steam room, amazing service and the convenient location to the airport with a free shuttle, I literally have nothing negative to say about my multiple stays here. And the shuttle driver Nicholas provided over the top service during my most recent stay!

We stayed at hotel for two nights so that we could attend a wedding in Nairobi and do some urban sightseeing after 8 days of safari adventuring. The hotel was very comfortable and the food was great. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially our waitress at the restaurant, Mary. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Nairobi!

The service was impeccable. We were collected from the airport (after 11pm) and taken to the hotel by a friendly driver. Our check-in was seamless and our luggage was taken to our room. A quick drink in the roof top bar then a few hours sleep before the staff loaded our luggage and the shuttle took us straight to our departure point, getting trolleys for the luggage. The hotel was clean and smart with a very comfortable bed. We look forward yo our next stay there.

We would definitely return to this hotel.
Lovely welcome on arrival and a very quick check-in. Lovely big and comfortable room with nice seating area and the biggest bed we have ever seen...!!! Superb dining room with a nice evening meal selection and a lovely buffet breakfast. Beautiful terrace and swimming pool on the roof with roof bar and snacks available. All staff were very friendly and competent at everything they did. Our 1:30am airport transfer arrived promptly and it only took minutes to arrive at the departures terminal. Only one complaint was that the hair conditioner was the poorest that my wife has ever used and left her hair in knots.... Take your own conditioner with you.
