Very comfortable, staff very friendly and trained well. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t leave the hotel. Food was excellent, including room service. The spa was also first rate. It is very secure.

This Hotel is what you think of when you think of luxury . I had the room with the balcony . The balcony alone could host a small party. Just from me showing my room 7 of my friends left their hotel to come to the glee. Next time i come this will be my Hotel destination

We cannot say more about this hotel--excellent service; extremely kind and friendly staff; awesome game room with table tennis/pool/foosball, well stocked and clean gym, nightclub, lounge, rooms very spacious. There were fresh flowers and fruit as a welcome in our room. Room service menu was great and the restaurants on site also amazing. Also had transport to and from airport. We can't say enough. .Will definitely return!!

A Pleasant & Quiet Stay at Glee Nairobi I had a wonderful stay at Glee Nairobi. The peaceful atmosphere exceeded my expectations, and the spacious, well-equipped room made for a comfortable stay, although a coffee machine would be a welcome addition. The staff were attentive and helpful, making the stay seamless. While I didn’t have meals, I enjoyed the drinks. The location was convenient, and overall, I felt I got great value for the price. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

My room was very clean the maintenance was performed dally. The exterior and the interior of the property was clean at all times. And the security was also very viable safe and secure. I had an exceptional stay at Glee Hotel. The property and rooms were impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The on-site restaurants offered a fantastic dining experience, with delicious food and a variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Beautiful property

This is a new amazing hotel. With very attentive staff, great rooms and many choices for restaurants on the property. I ate at the steakhouse and it was excellent. Use the gym several days and enjoyed the pool. Mike at the bar took care of me poolside for several days and any help. I need it from an extra key to exchanging money to directions, Arie Was helpful at the front desk. The housekeeping staff is always stopping by to see if you need any extra towels turned down or anything during the morning and night. The room I had was very nice and very large with some great extras. With American money being a strong as it is, the bank for the buck was incredible. would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Overall the staff and ambience were good, but we had a communication problem about airport transfer. In their website and the message communication they spoke about €40,- but when arrived I had to pay €60,-. They didn’t do anything about it even after I complained and showed my evidence of communication on the same before the time of arrival.The only answer was “we are sorry”. The tub was not working accordingly, only hot water, not cold not medium hot.

It’s a new hotel they take money on anything I mean on anything if you to go there just know you have to make full payment once you check in hotel food in there restaurant is way priced. Just a bit of my story I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but unfortunately I had to leave after 1 night which means they were supposed to charge me for only 1 night but guess what they charged me for 2 nights because they said I booked through website so they couldn’t cancel it can only be done after 48hours they explained a lot to me which wasn’t making sense for me. I don’t think it’s comfortable place for kids the rooms have a lot of glass in it. In general they are not upto hotel standard. I wouldn’t go there again.

Our stay at Glee Nairobi, a Preferred LVX Hotel, was nothing short of spectacular, and I have to say it was the outstanding team and thoughtful touches that made this experience unforgettable. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt like royalty. A big shout-out to Hillary, the Kitchen Supervisor, who ensured that the 24-hour food service was exactly that — 24-hour service, with incredible meals at any hour of the day or night. It’s not every day that you find a hotel so dedicated to meeting all your dining needs! However, the one person who truly left a lasting impression on me was Anne Mwangi, the Assistant Front Office Manager. Anne was an absolute star! Her dedication, professionalism, and warmth were remarkable, and I honestly believe every company would benefit from having someone like her. She made our stay unforgettable, and I sincerely hope the Glee Nairobi recognizes the incredible impact she has — she’s a big reason why this hotel will remain dominant in Nairobi! Anne, You’re unforgettable. The rest of the team — Sylvia, Sharon, George, David, Joan, Kelvin, Benjamin, Arif, Faith, and Fridoh — were all exceptional as well, providing attentive service that made us feel welcomed and cared for at every turn. The thoughtful birthday bed dress and desserts in the room were such a sweet surprise, adding to the overall experience. Be sure to visit the Hide Steakhouse!
