Naivasha Hotel Guide - Hotels with Air Conditioning in Naivasha, Nakuru County

"Clean property, helpful staff, will definitely recommend"

"Lovely pool, very friendly staff particularly Benard."

"It's a very nice place. Simply it's home away from home. "

"Food and people are all good, there are domestics zipper and giraffes in the hotel courtyards, makes the stay exciting."

"Rooms were basic with few additional facilities. Breakfast was great!"

"Beaucoup de bruit dans la nuit car à côté de l'autoroute et du générateur d’énergie, rupture de l'eau, internet ne marche pas bien. Lots of noisy during the night because close to the railway and the generator of energy, water shortage and internet does not work properly."

"The staff made it for me. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Shower had to be run for a few minutes before water was hot enough. breakfast made and delivered to your room. Secure parking and security. Quiet. Close to amenities. "

"I am from the US, so according to the US standards, this property was average at best. The hotel room was cleaned every day. I felt my things were safe there. We had no issues with safety. There were fresh water bottles every day. The bathrooms functioned well, and there was no mold. The room was spacious enough. The location was very convenient for me. I would never find it if I didn't have a driver, though. The service was excellent. The team was friendly, very accommodating, and prompt....

"The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities"

"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them"

"The facility was untidy. and management disappointing. i paid online but arriving i was told to pay again they do not recognize online payment. so i paid twice."

"Nice hotel. Rather small, but the staff are well trained and friendly"
