Make sure washer works, error code E04 without any clothes. Talk to front desk and no help, had no rooms to switch and offered me to pay for a drying rack rental? That's not acceptable solution

A lovely hotel in a quiet and convenient location, however very disappointing that hotel guests are required to pay a fee to utilise the swimming pool.. we have travelled and stayed in many hotels around the world, this is the first time we come across something like this. Hotel guests should have access to these common amenities.
