Had a Wonderful 2 nights stay. Glad that I had chosen this hotel. It’s so convenient. Within walking distance from the Bus Station and Yubatake. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The simple Breakfast provided is good.

The staff requested us to only speak Japanese when we requested for slippers and also when we requested additional pillow, they claimed they don't have any extra pillows. Apart from that location is excellent, hotel provided a list of restaurants they recommend as well!

Good place to stay for a short period.

It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen. The room has toilet and wash basin but no shower. Light breakfast is included. The Ryokan is located right in town. Just a short walk to the Yubatake. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a decent place to stay overnight.

Terrible hotel for foreign tourists not to stay

This is a very poor hotel, old, noisy, the staff don't understand English at all, what's worse they don't like to entertain foreign tourists, only locals are welcome, I won't stay in this hotel anymore

Yoshinoya

The hotel is well situated at a short stroll from the main attraction in the middle of Kusatsu town. The staff is helpful and attentive. The Onsen is open 24 hours and quite pleasant. The complimentary breakfast is good enough to get the day started. There's a cute fireplace in the main lobby area that heats up the place nicely.

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、快適に過ごせました。ホテルも清潔で、温泉も最高でした。ロビーに無料のドリンクバーとアイスが置いてあり、朝食も美味しかったです。お酒の試食もあって、暖炉の前でくつろげました。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後もちゃんと荷物を預かってくれるので便利です。立地も湯畑から近く、素晴らしいです。何から何までもしっかりしていて、コスパも良いのでおすすめです。

デラックスツインに宿泊しました。 ベットルームと和室が分かれていて広々と使え動線も良く快適でした 一つ不満だったのは階上のドアの開閉音や足音などがベットルームに響いて気になった事。これは泊まったお客様の癖なのか(大きな音をたてる)施設の問題なのか解りませんが… 朝食も豪華ではありませんが必要な分は揃っていたので充分満足でした。 機会があれば、また泊まってみたいです
