terrible hotel. I have never been worse. I booked a room with air conditioning, but I was provided without it. And they demanded to pay extra! The security of the upper parking lot near my windows was drunk and did not allow me to park my car... PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL !!!!

日本人が泊まることは「稀」だし、泊まるとすればロシアのことはわかっているかと思います、ということが前提の星４評価。 となりのショッピングセンターのビュッフェがオススメ。

Among booked two rooms One was canceled without notice Remaining one should be paid more than booked rate through Expedia I will make a claim to Expedia Korea when I will be back

Наконец-то выспалась

Приехала в находку по работе и остановилась в вашем замечательном отеле. Не высыпалась так хорошо уже давно ) все белоснежно, чисто, на высшем уровне. А утром порадовал вкусный завтрак ! Спасибо вам за атмосферу отдыха!

水圧は最高！

場所は中心街から南の外れにあり、観光には少し不便です。 ただし、ホテルのすぐそばにショッピングモールがあるので食料品などの買い物には困りません。 建物は非常に綺麗です。個人的な憶測ですが採算度外視の国営ホテルっぽい雰囲気でした？ 併設スポーツジムもありましたが、私が宿泊した新年1月1日は休日で使えませんでした。 部屋はとても広いです。室内はオイルヒーターによって半袖でも快適に過ごせるくらい暖められています。 浴室もバスタブがあり水圧が最高に良かったです！(本当によく出ます！最高！) 朝食はビュッフェタイプではなく、一人300ルーブルの食券を受け取り、それを使ってメニューから注文するタイプでした。ただし料理は冷凍食品解凍系っぽい味でした。 最後に、支払いについて現地現金払いで予約をしていたのにも関わらず、勝手にカード決済にされており、支払い用に用意していた現金の処分に困りました。最低限、予約内容の約束事については守って頂きたいですね。 フロントスタッフの対応はあっさりしていますが英語対応で最低限の対応はしてくれます。
