"We stayed here for the 2nd time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even though their English is very limited (same as our Thai). The room we stayed in this time was in a little bader shape than the other one, but we were still very, very happy. "Smooth welcoming check in Really nice room with river view Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Amazing varied breakfast with very attentive staff. Problem sorted very quickly - in the middle of the night I noticed that water was dripping from one of the air conditioning vents. I called reception and within 5 minutes an engineer was sent and a porter arrived to take me and all my gear to an upgraded suite. Next day I had a courtesy call to apologise again and to see how the new room was. This can happen to any hotel, it's how they respond that matters. 5*"
