"The villa we stayed at was clean, but clearly not updated. The grounds were nice and the service was excellent. There was a bulb that wasn't working and they came down within 45 minutes to replace it. They also gave me some additional time by check out"

"The employee whose name I forgot was gracious and helpful. The rooms are newly redone and beautiful. From the outside it looks less appealing but the hotel was safe and clean and we found plenty of good places nearby to eat."

"We really appreciated the shuttle to take us to the Indian Ladder Falls trail head. Great place to go for walks all over the property. Only complaint is that the A/C in the room kicked on very noisily. Light sleeper (me) might have trouble sleeping through it. Also spied a bug that ran behind the bed."
