"Stayed a week in the Frangipani rooms. Rooms were basic but sufficient for our needs. Outdoor shower was welcome and there was always hot water. The rooms weren't cleaned although we never requested this. Food served at lunch consisted mainly of burgers and wraps and these were tasty. There were usually 4/5 dinner options from daal soup to fish and steak dishes and these were enjoyed by the group. The free breakfast is simple consisting of cereal, bread and jam. Cooked breakfast is available as an extra. The Base Fiji tours were excellent. We took part in the kayak tour which was great with the rock pool swim under the waterfall the highlight. Amenities include free use of kayaks. Snorkelling gear is available to hire. Staff are very friendly and are always happy to help. There are also several local tours run by staff including visiting a local farm and a 2/3 hour hike to a rockering pool where you could go for a swim and I enjoyed it. The Beachouse caters for all types of toursts from single travellers to couples and those with young families. We ended up playing cards most evenings and you can also play pool or table tennis. There was a live band on Saturday evening who were good snd played for around 3 hours. Weather was great for the first 5 days. However. It rained for 48hrs straight which meant that excursions were cancelled but this meant that people made more effort to get to know one another."

"Wonderful setting There were 5 adults and 2 boys (7 and 9)Plenty of room to mix or have own space. We had a great welcome from the property manager Pinky - who was also our chef for 3 evening meals. She made everything flow smoothly and was a great help when we needed help We loved our stay and very much appreciated the helpful staff."

"Beach view was amazing The garden around the property is stunning beautiful plants as you walk through. great snokeling and kayaking warm friendly and welcoming we stayed in a beach bure which was great comfy had a a fridge which was great and you can top up your water bottle at the bar. However the continental breakfst is underwhelming could be improved by adding another couple of things butter and yoghurt. serving of food tongs for bread and access to cuterly not sharing knives. Hygiene for guest access to either hand dryer or paper towel in toilet near pool. The lounge chairs and swing need there covers replaced as they are ripped and the dogs sleep on them. The lounge chairs"

"Large pool, really attractive, well attended grounds. Secluded & remote with a lovely sandy beach directly in front. Nice & quiet, but very thin walls between units so you could hear every word your neighbours said. Culture night feast & kava celebration were great. Unfortunately other meals were a bit disappointing. Long way from Nadi, but convenient distance to Suva. Excellent beach, excellent snorkelling."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely big house with fabulous views across the bay and a short walk to some stores/diners. It was perfect for our family with three young boys, who had space to play and run about. They had a bathroom to themselves with a good big shower that made bed times easy! There were good resorts nearby to use their pools with day passes, and the eco park was close by too. We were well looked after by the lovely Poonam, who made us some delicious meals. The only minor downside was the noise from the road at times, but it didn’t affect the kids at all and most of the island lives near the road so to be expected we guess! It was offset by being able to hear the waves from our bedroom. Bliss!We would definitely stay again :)"

"The three bedroom villa with pool and spa and views of the ocean is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay in July. The pool was pretty cold as we had a bit of rain and not much direct sunshine on the pool, but the large spa was very warm so we used this a lot. The ocean temp was warmer than the pool. Directly in front of the villa there are rocks and they provide shoes you can wear in if you want, but only about 50 m towards the jetty you can get into the water from sand. Still a bit rocky but ok. Great snorkling around the rocks and jetty. We took our own gear but there were masks and flippers for guest use along with some life jackets if needed.Across from the accommodation is Craig's place with 4 dining options, all casual. They have a mix of italian, burgers and chinese. Very cheap. No booking, just turn up and grab a table.There was another restaurant just a minute away, but we didn't go to this. We did go to the Japanese restaurant at the Warrick. It was ok but the Warrick is a very big hotel and it has a hotel restaurant feel.We also went to Beach Bar and Grill which is opp the crab shack about 15 mins away. Very good fish. Definitely recommend booking as it was very busy everywhere we went.We did a big grocery shop at New World supermarket in Nadi and we could get everything we needed including fresh milk. Fresh milk is hard to get, most mini supermarkets only sell long life. there is a new supermarket about 10 mins the other side of Sigatoka you can get most things"
