"We booked two Premium Marina view rooms via Expedia. Excellent booking experience with Expedia. Very disappointed with the rooms allocated to us. Both had a really bad smell that lingered. We made a decision to approach the reservation staff. They were super helpful. The onsite Manager was very good. I’m glad we did as since I agreed to pay for any difference for an upgrade. They upgraded us to Superior ocean view rooms. Those rooms were spacious, clean, updated and with amazing views. We would like to Thank the staff for their prompt actions and to the duty Manager. The buffet breakfast and dinner we ordered at their restaurant were really great. It turned out to be a wonderful time for my family at the Pearl. Thank you."
