The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. "We were shocked that we had to take off our shoes and place them in a locker at the lobby area. Of course, we were provided footwear to wear up to our room. Before leaving the Hotel we have to turn in our key and pickup at the desk when we return.
The fun part was visiting the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We shopped for Pokémon cards for our grandchildren.
There was not much to do in the area in Shizuoka and couldn't go site seeing to Mt. Fuji because the weather was terrible. We cut our stay 2...

"This hotel was perfect for our quick stay. We hiked Mt. Fuji and they lets us store a bag for three days. Check in was easy and the breakfast was delicious Japanese cuisine. Good AC and Wifi. I highly recommend."
