What some guests may not love about our listing
- The garage is used for the game room, meaning parking will consist of the 2 driveway spots and street parking. There is usually plenty of close parking though.
- The house is on the smaller size in sq ft, which causes the bedrooms to feel a little smaller. We have put a lot of time making the living room, garage and patio into great hangout areas though so you do not need to spend too much time in the bedrooms.

This property is a good sized single family home with enough space to sleep up to 9 people. You will have 3 bedrooms, a good sized living room, large patio and game room in the garage. Sleeping arrangement is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a full bunk bed (can sleep up to 4) and a good sized couch in the living room if someone wishes to sleep there.

You have access to the whole house during your stay!

There will be limited interaction during your stay because we have full self check-in at the property. However, we are available if anything comes up while you're here.

This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
