Staff at check-in were very friendly. The room was very clean (I am picky). The continental breakfast was basic, but good, and the host was great. I would stay again.

The staff are amazing!!!!!! Hands down!!!! Great suggestions on where to visit and sights to see. So helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit hard to find the breakfast room but other then that’s it was awesome.we will be back

I liked everything from the check-in to breakfast.. speaking of breakfast.. hands down the best i have had in North America. For an all includeed breakfast Rooms are clean staff very friendly and helpful.. decent price too.

The pleasant lady at check-in went above and beyond - and asked if I needed dinner or shopping recommendations, or ideas for sight-seeing. Liked everything about the facility but the lack of signage and directions once we got off the highway. It was dark and raining and it was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. We found the entrance by accident.

The hotel was well cleaned and near lots of retail stores and restaurants however, if you are looking to rest well or you are a light sleeper (at all) i would not recommend. The walls are very thin and the doors do not block any sound or light. I could hear anything happening in the hallway

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have found it to be clean, safe and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to have a better brand of coffee in the room. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable.
