As you step through the back door beneath the carport and into the bright, inviting kitchen, the air feels alive with possibility. From here, you walk straight into the living room, sunlight pouring through the picture window framing the marina and shimmering waters beyond. Just to your left, a doorway opens into the heart of the home, where the bedrooms and bathrooms branch naturally—no hallways, just open, connected space that feels intuitive and welcoming.

This home sits on the traditional and ancestral territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, whose people have lived, fished, and celebrated along these shores for thousands of years. Their history is woven into the land itself—the bay, the trails, and the hills around Stewart Avenue are alive with stories of generations who called this place home. Being here, even for a short stay, connects you to that living heritage.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed and ensuite with a stand-up shower. Sliding doors open to a fully fenced yard, a quiet spot for morning coffee, reading, or starry evenings. The second bedroom features a twin daybed and a dedicated work-from-home setup with a desk and ergonomic chair, perfect for balancing adventure and productivity. A second bathroom with tub/shower combo and a washer/dryer downstairs make longer stays effortless.

Guests will use a house key for self check in and check out.

On the day of arrival guest will receive a code for a lock box. This will give you access to the house key.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

The house is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management.

Guests will correspond with the Host and members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

There is a steep staircase that leads to the basement where the laundry room is located. The staircase is not ideal for guests with mobility restrictions.

Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the house or on the property.

Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the house. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines and additional fees.
