I booked this for myself and it was a very confusing checkin process. I got in at dark and the instructions did not match where to park and the house was totally dark. I had to knock on the front door and she was lovely but there should be better lighting for people walking down the dark path at night. The room was cold and took ages to warm up. It is also connected to another suite and the bathroom at first felt like it may be shared with other people down there? But it wasn’t. You just have to walk up some stairs to get to it. It was very loud when I checked in and I was nervous about that, but it did calm down. There is no comfortable place to sit other than the bed and there is no tv. I can see how this would be a nice place in the summer, but the winter being so dark, I felt not very cozy with nothing to do. The bed was comfortable, although the pillow cases did not cover the pillow entirely so it felt a bit yucky that way. There is a microwave but I had to lift it to the bathroom to plug it in. It was clean, and it does overlook the ocean. If you’re a single traveller and don’t mind a bed to land, it would be a good spot. But be prepared it’s a shared home and didn’t match what I thought the description was.
