I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. I noticed a whole family of sea lions/ otters(?) swimming in the early morning just around the harbour dam downstair. We opened the windows in the morning while breakfast was served to have a catch of the fresh air. A seagull almost flew in probably being attracted by the smell of grilled salmon! Another time of wonderful lodging experience in the same ryokan, nice!

初めての加賀屋

日本一の旅館と聞いていたのでとても期待してました。 お部屋は広く窓から見る景色も良かったのですが大浴場の隅々の黒いヌメリなどがとても気になりました。お料理も美味しかったのですがお値段とは合致してない様に思えました。このお値段だともっと良い旅館は九州には沢山あります。 期待してただけに少々残念な気持ちになりましたが宿泊してみないとわからないのでよい経験になりました。

とてもよかったです。 部屋もアップグレードしていただきました。 事前にオミクロン株感染拡大を少し危惧していることを伝え、対策状況を確認しました。 滞在中も不安に思うことは、全くありませんでした。到着から出発までほんと気持ちよく過ごさせて頂き、また訪れたいと強く思いました。

さすが加賀屋さん！

街側の部屋でしか予約が取れなかったのに当日は雪月花の海の見える、ツインベッドルームのある広い部屋に案内されました。結婚記念日の宿泊を知って、女将さんからのお祝いの夫婦茶碗をいただき恐縮いたしました。従業員の皆さんの接客にプライドのようなものを感じられ、さすがだなと感じました。

とにかく清潔

食事の豪華さ美味しさはもちろんのこと、大浴場での心配りに感動しました。お部屋から履いて行った草履は番号札で管理、戻る時には全て履きやすい方向に綺麗に並べてあり広々としたスペースで慌てずにすんだ　バスタオルも2〜3箇所に置いてあり清潔感があり置きっぱなしではなく係の方が減ってきたタイミングを見計らって順次補充されてる印象を受けた。大袈裟ではなく髪の毛一本落ちていない　結構長めに温泉に浸かったが浴場と脱衣場の間の体を拭く所にクーラーがついていたので汗が噴き出さず、ちゃんとクールダウンして浴衣が着れた。大浴場もお部屋も備え付けのドライヤーが全てナノケア（新しい機種）だったのでわざわざ持って行ったがお借りした。他には浴室の滑り止め、お風呂場用車椅子、赤ちゃん用沐浴桶、子供イスなどなど　とても清潔で使いやすいように置いてあった。どの年齢層にもありがたいおもてなしでした。
