Clean and complete amenities. However, I had sent them a message about the free shuttle service but they never replied. The receptionist whom I spoke to just said, “ oh sorry there were lots of messages.”

Room was OK. Associated Restaurant was a bit over priced, Hotel guests were given a discount. There is also a 7-Eleven, where healthy food was available, especially if you were on a Vegan Diet. Make sure you stock up for the day about mid morning, when the fresh refills were delivered. Staff was great there as well. Beer and Scotch, Sake and some wines were also available from the 7-Eleven. The staff was helpful. They will only give you 1 Room Card, and this the one you use for the Room Power activator. Airport Bus was also available. If you plan a late check-out, they will charge you by the hour. Garden Hotel was within a 1/2 hour walking distance of most tourist highlights. There was 2 Aeon Mall or store; within 30 minutes from the hotel. There is no Pool, and the outdoor Hot-tubs were not maintained and in operation. There is a Gym. A lot of Aircrew from a lot of the different Asian Airlines stayed there as well. Taxis were outside waiting. Uber was available for transport to a destination. I used a few times. Narita Station was 1/2 hr walk away. World Peace Pagoda was a bit further, but worth the walk. If going to the Aeronautical Museum, which only will take you a 1.5 hr tour visit, take the airport bus, and taxi or Uber from there.

Staff was great, especially the baggage storage area.

Overall ok, just the room is a bit small

Clean Room. Shower was nice and hot (to wash the airplane germs off of you). Staff showed that they cared that I was a repeat customer. Airline crews stay here so you know it is good.
