The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was impeccably clean and well-furnished, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. Kudos to Hotel Zar Coatzacoalcos! "My Spanish is rudimentary, but the staff were very patient and helpful. I loved the exterior mural and the artistic touches throughout the hotel. Breakfast was lovely out on the balcony overlooking the river with a hot coffee."
