Lake Townhome - Walk to Lees' Ford Marina

Newly furnished spacious home over 2,400 SqFt. with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The main floor consists of living and dining room, spacious open kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, & one full bathroom that also hosts a washer & dryer. Kitchen furnished with coffee maker and keurig, with a 2nd coffee bar and small refrigerator upstairs. Bakeware, Farberware pots/pans for cooking, mixing/salad bowls, utensils, plates, coffee cups and wine glasses . Everything you will need for a family meal. Have your meals in the dining room for 6 and breakfast bar for an additional 4 or on the screened in deck. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. One large bedroom with a king size bed/dresser and vanity area. The two other bedrooms hold queen size beds and dressers. In the main living area upstairs, there is an additional queen bed along with a sitting area for all to relax and watch TV or sit out on the seasonal deck and enjoy a meal or your coffee that you make from the coffee bar located on the cabinet under the TV where you will also find a small refrigerator to keep your drinks cool. Cornhole and gas grill are located in the garage where you can play while you grill outside. We are private owners and not a management company, PLEASE be mindful and respectful of our place so we can continue to share it with others. NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS AND NO EVENTS ALLOWED.

Great Lake house!

The house was a wonderful size for the 9 people that stayed! Every couple was able to have their own bed and the one kid slept on the couch upstairs. We definitely plan to come back!

Everything was great! The house is furnished well with everything you would need in a weekend stay. We had a couple minor issues but Terri was very prompt with getting them taken care of for us. She was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. If I ever find myself in the Lake Cumberland area again, I will book again!

This was our second time staying and just as great as the first! The house is so perfect! The host is so great to communicate with. We love this house and perfect for enjoying lake Cumberland. The trolly is so nice to get down to marina and super easy to haul all the stuff

Family wedding/water weekend

Perfect spot for our family of six gathered for a weekend wedding at Suits Us farm. The unit was spotless and equipped to meet our every need and wish. Terri was so nice and responsive. Beautiful views of the lake and minutes from the marina where we rented a pontoon for a fun day on the water. Highly recommend.

Incredible Stay!

Our overall experience was not only outstanding but also perfect. The photos and descriptions of the townhome were up to date, pristine with no issues. Myself +9 guests had an excellent stay for my birthday and I highly recommend this location! Close to Lee's Marina and to downtown Somerset. Terri was easy to get a hold of, amazing to talk to and you can tell she really enjoys renting her property out to others. Thank you Terri for making this such a memorable weekend!!

Great boating destination

Terri was an amazing host! The upstairs was extremely warm (82 degrees) she offered to call HVAC to come out to service and had fans dropped off to help cool it down. We brought our boat and she had a boat slip and parking passes for us which was wonderful! Location of condo was great, top of the hill from boat ramp. Highly recommend especially if your staying to go boating. Very clean, spacious and relaxing!! Thank you!! Cheryl

Beautiful Lakeview home!

This was one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented! The view of the lake from the screened in porches was serene and lovely, and the proximity to the marina was so convenient. This home had everything we needed to prepare meals too. We would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful location and amenities!

This property is just up the hill for Lees Ford Marina and convenient to get to the Harbour restaurant and boat dock! All furnishings, linens, etc in the house were great! Nice screened in porch with ceiling fan and great view of the Lake! Definitely will stay again!
