No towels were provided. The hot water took a very long time to get hot. The room service was good but the server did not have an opener fro the beer. The schezwan Hakka noodles were excellent. Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
