"First of all, the check in process was very slow, I do under stand it’s the holiday in China, but I moved from another hotel to this one but the first hotel I was at, the check in process were much faster. Then the front desk could found my payment information and kept telling me that I didn’t pay when I was in a hurry to catch a flight 😑. Last was the breakfast buffet, very limited selection for the price. "

"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find.
