The service at Fraser Suites Nanjing was excellent. The suite was very comfortable, with everything we needed, as well as being bright and welcoming. Breakfast had lots if western and Asian choices, and again, service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Fraser Suites Nanjing.

spacious apartment. Very big sitting and dining room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to the underground train station. Shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance/

The service was excellent. The front desk receptionists were truly polite, personable, and professional in every way. The restaurant staff were nice, warm and friendly, and eager to serve. The custodial staff (cleaning ladies) kept the room immaculately clean every day of our stay. The security personnel in the lobby and the gate entrance were polite and professional as well.

very big room for a reasonable price. Gym don't open 24/7 tho i remember they close at 10pm

The reason that our gym is not 24/7 as it is housed in a Clubhouse complex (7,000 sqm) together with its other facilities including the swimming pool. Above my expectation
Nice facility and convenient location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We asked to use their shuttle service one morning, however they didn’t have it for that day. So they called taxi for us and paid the taxi fare. On the day of my birthday, they delivered a birthday cake to our table at breakfast , what a wonderful surprise ! So sweet and thoughtful !
