対応が最悪なホテル

海外から予約しているのに、遅くなり21時に到着したらチェックインを断られた。理由は18時にレイトチェックインの連絡がなかったから、キャンセル待ちの他の客を泊めた為満室だからと。南京には二年ほど毎月出張に来ていて、毎回チェックインは21時過ぎているのに、他のホテルでは一度もなかったこと。予約時にホテルの案内には18時までに連絡しろとは記載無し。

I chose it for location, but...

I chose it for location, hotels.com showed only this hotel around the spot, but there were other good looking hotels. Anyway, this hotel is cheap, and expect such. No refrigerator, broken window lock, low water pressure, noise from other room and corridor, hard to communicate in English, elevator is accesible by any people other than guests, low quality amenity... I will try not to visit this hotel again.

Very Convenient Location but not a proper hotel

The location is very convenient. Tidiness of room is OK. However, not the whole building is hotel. Part of the building is a commercial office. Security may be a concern.

如果對飯店要求平平、不怕熱的旅客，可以考慮這間

飯店空調不冷，如果是夏天來還是選其他間飯店。 我有打電話到總台，他們說會請人來看，之後一個員工進來說這沒辦法，只好拿電扇給我吹。他說明天再給我換房。第二天打到總台詢問換房事宜，他說這間客房算不錯的，其他的更差，我真的很無言。 房間大致上清潔還可以，唯獨地毯感覺比較髒，而且破了幾個小洞，或許大陸人愛在房內吸菸又愛亂丟菸蒂的緣故吧。
