    Beautiful Private 2 bdm 2 bath 1300 s/f Oceanfront Condo on 11 acres of Pacific Shores Resort.
    Enjoy the magic of waterfront tranquility with views of the Estuary & Craig Bay. Sleeps 4 adults & 2 children w/ fully equipped kitchen, laundry. Children & Small Pet* Friendly.

    Amenities incl. resort Pool, Hottub, Gym, Pickleball, BBQ , fire pits, Playground. Near Parksville, Rathtrevor, Hiking, Golfing.

    The Space:
    Newly updated for a bright and airy beach space. 1300 s/f provides lots of room for everyone to relax and ground level patio overlooking the estuary and ocean. Pet Friendly – please ensure Bowser is not loose, quiet and cleaned up after. Infants ~ please check with us.

    Guest Access:
    You can drive up to and park in our private drive/park space. additional free parking on street and within complex.

    The Neighborhood:
    We are located in the Pacific Shores Resort. 11+ acres of commom green space and beachfront on Craig Bay for you to use. We are in Nanoose on the border of Parksville and "Resort Way" on Rathtrevor Beach. The surrounding area including Qualicum Beach is called "Oceanside". These seaside communities are world renown for their beauty and endless array of activities for the young and mature, active or relaxed. The summer months bring a lot of tourists to the area. But here in the Pacific Shores complex you can relax in tranquil settings just minutes away from the crowds. Drive the country roads to discover fresh local Farmer's goods or Artisans of all sorts. Stop in the local Parksville Visitor center minutes down the road to assist in planning your holiday.

    Getting Around:
    We have 1 small parking stall to use. Additional or larger vehicle parking is free along complex in the stalls. There is limited bus service to our area. You will need a vehicle to get around.
