Great spot to stay! It was really great to have all the little extras that were in the unit like a roll of foil and cling film. They also provided coffee and tea for the stay. There were a few other handy things in the kitchen like olive oil, salt and pepper. I loved the little battery powered vacuum! It was a decently equipped kitchen to cook in but there was only 6 of each cutlery which meant we had to run the dishwasher often and only 2 tabs were provided. The fridge had a large tray inside where the water was being collected from a very clear leak. It also struggled to keep things cold/frozen. We had to turn it up quite a bit to make ice in the freezer. The big frustration was the pickleball courts. I checked in with the manager before we booked to ask how the courts work and was told that she thought they opened at 9am. When we arrived we were told they are not an amenity included with the property. It is required that you pay 8.00tax per use per person and you were only guaranteed 30 minutes if the courts were busy. When I messaged the manager Heidi from Lemon Tree to ask if this was accurate for us since we thought it was included she didn't even bother to respond. She responded quickly when we were looking to book but not once we were there. The list of duties upon exit included putting towels on to wash and emptying every garbage can. Not sure why we paid the cleaning fee? We had a great week of hiking and biking but were not willing to pay 16 for PB.
