"My stay at this property has been wonderful. The location is convenient to get around. It is located 17 minutes walk from the train station, which conveniently gets me around all the tourist attractions. Not only that, it is close to Nantou Gu Cheng, which is definitely a spot that you want to vist for art, cute pop ups, and history/culture. Next, the staffs here are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had trouble with package deliveries, and they helped me resolve them by going an extra mile to contacting the deliveryman. I'm truly grateful for the experience and kindness that they shown me. Breakfast here was wonderful too. There are a lot to choose from, and delicious as well. "

"Worse hotel experience in Shenzhen . Staff at reception don’t speak English . Breakfast is terrible . Impossible to eat it . Gym has just 3 « machines «  which 2 of them are broken . It’s not a gym . Just some machines places next to the washing machines . It’s a horrible hotel and with a reception staff that is very unprofessional and doesn’t speak English . "

"Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Overall, a good stay. My only criticism is that the air conditioning unit was quite loud otherwise cannot fault the rest."
