Therefore, you could not have walked from the airport to the hotel throught the car parks, as we are located about 20 minutes by car from the airport. And we do accept amex in the hotel. For our other gusts that book through other sites, it is indicated on the various websites that Mediatheque parking is the nearest. We are very sorry about the wifi that did not work during your stay, but as my colleague explained to you, it was due to a problem with opur provider that we could not resolve on our part. Unfortunately these things happen. It took them a couple days to resolve the issue, but now WIFI is working again properly. If things are missing or if you find that your room is not cleaned well, you can always come to the front desk to tell us about it. I am sure we could have worked things out. Unfortunately, when you only tell us afterwards on internet, there is nothing we can do about it now, when we could have help you during your stay. Hello, Thank you for your message, we are sorry that the weather was so hot in Nantes this summer. Our renovations for Air conditioner is almost over but we need the city's approval before it could work. We are also very sorry to read that breakfast at La Cigale was not as nice as it is supposed to be. La Cigale is certainly the most famous place in Nantes and we really though that offering breakfast there during the refurbishment of our breakfast room would be a great experience for all our clients. Now, our works are over, if you come back to Nantes, and in our hotel, you will see our new Breakfast room. Best regards David
